
Danielle has built a career centered on global education and literacy, serving as an Elementary Teacher and Library Coordinator at Pine Street School since 2020. She holds master’s degrees in Teaching from The Relay Graduate School of Education and International Communication from American University. Early in her career, she trained and traveled abroad with educators from the National Education AssociationEA Foundation and helped the founder of KIND Snacks design an edtech platform to foster cross-cultural empathy in primary students. Conversant in Mandarin and shaped by her experience living and teaching in China and Taiwan, she brings a rich, globally-minded perspective to her classroom. In the library, Danielle is passionate about bringing books to life—sparking curiosity, joy, and a lifelong love of reading in every student. Outside the classroom, she loves exploring local noodle spots and having her own children attend Pine Street School alongside her.
