Diana holds an MA in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BFA from Pace University. A New York State licensed educator (Grades 1-6), she is delighted to be entering her second year back at Pine Street School after a five-year tenure at an IB school in Tokyo. Having previously taught at Pine Street School from 2016 to 2020, Diana is dedicated to blending classroom structure and intellectual rigor with inquiry and play-based learning, all while fostering a warm, supportive community of learners. During her time in Japan, Diana explored all 47 prefectures and developed a love for photography. An avid traveler and theme park enthusiast, she is just as happy seeking out the next great roller coaster as she is finding peace in nature. She is thrilled to continue her journey with the Pine Street School community here in her hometown of New York City.
