Fela serves as the Director of Compliance and Databases for KSS Immersion Schools, where she oversees data systems and regulatory health for both East and West coast campuses. She joined New York-based Green Ivy Schools in 2018, bringing nearly two decades of specialized expertise in educational admissions, administration, and database management for charter and private institutions. Fela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, an asset she leverages to bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and school-wide operational excellence. At Green Ivy, Fela spearheads the implementation, oversight, and troubleshooting of core database systems while ensuring seamless operational continuity. She also liaises with governing agencies to manage compliance and permitting for both Battery Park Montessori and Pine Street School. Her extensive expertise spans local NYC Department of Health regulations, educational privacy laws, state licensing, and building safety permits. Known as a proactive and tireless force in the workplace, Fela leverages her deep regulatory knowledge to resolve complex operational challenges and maintain absolute campus safety. Originally from Poland, Fela has called New York home since 2002. Driven by her family, Fela draws daily inspiration from her husband and two sons, celebrating their ongoing connection to Pine Street School as a current student and a proud graduate. Her personal passions include gardening, travel, and creating memorable moments with friends and family.
