Sandra Lewin is excited to join the Pine Street community as a Physical Education teacher. With over 20 years of experience teaching Pre-K through Grade 5 in independent school settings, she is passionate about creating a PE environment where every child feels included, confident, and excited to move. Her approach to physical education goes beyond sports and fitness. She believes movement helps children develop teamwork, resilience, problem-solving skills, and a positive sense of self. She designs developmentally appropriate activities that allow students of all abilities to participate, challenge themselves, and have fun. Sandra looks forward to meeting all the new students and families, and to helping children discover and explore the joy of being active.
