Timothy brings a global perspective to elementary education, shaped by teaching and leadership roles in New York City, Albania, Japan, and Mexico. He holds a master’s degree in education from the City College of New York, a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Kansas, and a New York State Professional Teaching Certificate. His experience as a Curriculum Coordinator and Homeroom Teacher informs his thoughtful, student-centered approach to curriculum and classroom life. His background in anthropology and international education has shaped his interest in helping children consider different perspectives and stay curious about the world beyond their classroom. Timothy values collaboration across subject areas and creates engaging learning environments that support children’s academic, social, and emotional growth while nurturing their curiosity about the wider world. Outside the classroom, he enjoys reading, traveling, exploring beautiful places, and discovering memorable food.
