Pine Street School is committed to creating a learning community in which students and families with different backgrounds and perspectives can learn and grow together.
We encourage families to consider Pine Street School if the full cost of tuition feels out of reach. Families who demonstrate financial need may apply for assistance, and each application is reviewed in the context of the family’s individual financial circumstances and the school’s available financial aid resources.
Financial aid is an award toward tuition; it is not a merit scholarship. The purpose of the program is to help reduce the gap between the cost of a Pine Street education and what a family can reasonably contribute.
Why We Offer Financial Aid
Pine Street School’s mission calls us to educate internationally minded students who are prepared to engage thoughtfully with different people, cultures, ideas, and perspectives. A community with a range of lived experiences makes that mission more meaningful.
Our financial aid program supports our commitment to access and helps us build a vibrant school community in which students can learn with—and from—one another. We want families who connect deeply with Pine Street’s educational philosophy to feel comfortable exploring whether financial aid could make enrollment possible.
Who Should Apply?
If tuition would place a significant strain on your family’s resources, we encourage you to consider applying for financial aid. There is no single income level that determines whether a family will qualify. A family’s overall financial picture may include income, assets, liabilities, household size, expenses, and other relevant circumstances.
Pine Street uses information submitted through Clarity as part of its review. Clarity helps schools assess affordability using financial information supplied by families; Pine Street makes its own financial aid decisions based on school policies and available resources.
Financial aid is available to qualifying applicants across all Pine Street School programs, from Nursery through Grade 8.
How to Apply for Financial Aid
Pine Street School uses Clarity to manage financial aid applications. Clarity provides families with an online process for entering household and financial information and, when requested, submitting supporting documentation.
Submit your Pine Street School application via Ravenna
Start the admissions process at Ravenna and indicate that your family plans to apply for financial aid. Financial aid and admissions have separate review processes, but families should complete both within the published timelines.

Create a Clarity account to begin your financial aid application. When prompted to select a school, choose Pine Street School. If Pine Street School does not appear, enter school code 2918. Financial Aid Deadlines
Families are strongly encouraged to submit a complete financial aid application by the applicable deadline. Those seeking financial assistance should consider applying during the Priority Admissions round, which gives Pine Street School an early understanding of a family’s financial needs as we plan financial aid for the coming school year. Financial aid applications may still be submitted after the priority deadline in accordance with our admissions and financial aid timelines, but awards will depend on the availability of remaining funds.
